200 lbs and growing! First off, let me say hi to everyone! I'm a part of a SpeciesNutrition team that has and will soon make may more headwaves! Thanks to Dave, we get top of the line supplements that help us grow! As some already know, back in November I earned my pro card by capturing the welterweight class at the NPC nationals. For two years I've held myself back in weight in order to make a weight class, well, I'm holding back no more!!! I've already hit 200 lbs., for the first time in my life I can say that. I've stayed in the 185-195 range for the past two years because I've been tenative to move up to the middleweight class, more knowing that Jose Raymond was in that class. To be honest, not that I fear competing against him, but I wondered whether I would beat him even if I deserved to. Well, my game plan was executed to perfection as Dave and I put together a system that worked! Thanks Dave.My pro debut will not be for another year or so(NY Pro 2009). It's killing me not to be preparing for the show this year, but I'm trying to be patient and do the right thing. No sense showing up to get an ass-kicking! Next year is just around the corner. With Dave's help I'm looking foward to debuting in the 185lb. range. I think I can be sharp at that weight. I believe I was sharp and ready at about 172 or so while prepping for the nats., so in reality it's only about 13 pounds heavier. This will be my first full year off from competition since 1999! Think I need a break? LOL...I'll keep you posted with my progress.
